PRIVATISATION BUG TO END REPRESENTATION

To begin with, we need to go back and study what Dr. Ambedkar really wanted to do?

Dr. Babasaheb ambedkar as we all know was a strong opposer of caste discrimination and hence he drafted some serious and important point's in  '' The constitution of INDIA'' . He did succeed in some part and was opposed for some, of which we will discuss about.

It all started in 1909 when The muslim's were allowed separate electorates in INDIA and it's but obvious,i do agree with them because they thought they would be left permanently to Hindu majority rule .
Similarly Dr. B.R.Ambedkar in sep 1932 asked for a separate electorate in favor of the Dalit category as he wanted to empower the backward class so that it should make there position better in the society.

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar proposed the concept for separate electorate for Dalit's in the "Round Table Conference".

His aim was to get sufficient representation for the minority Dalit in the government. But Dr. Ambedkar's concept was strongly opposed by Gandhi as he thought, allowing separate electorate to Dalit's will break apart the Hindu society.

Dr. Ambedkar's concept was very strong and he was very determined in getting the concept passed seeking the help of The British. Gandhi with fast unto death pressurised Ambedkar into accepting his terms.           Dr. Ambedkar was determined but in the end he accepted Gandhi's terms.Perhaps it was the effect not so much of the moral pressure but the fear that if Gandhi dies then the strong united Hindu community would attack Dalit's in all over INDIA.They both agreed to sign up with an agreement which they call '' The Poona Pact''.

Out of which one of the point states 'Reservation for Backward class society in government sectors'. Now we go back to the heading of this post ''Privatisation bug to end backward class'. The point i want to make with this post is, privatisation is been done so rapidly in INDIA that it had left no place for the ''POONA PACT'' as the private firms do not oblige government law.

Education system been privatised , Telecom ,Energy and many more. I read somewhere that when a government has more load of work or  short of money or because of any reason then it can transfer it's work to a private sector.

What i believe is , How could be a so strong nation's government be short of manpower ? or How could it be with short of money ? . I believe that the government is the strongest of all, as it has all the power's to rule it's country . The privatization of government sectors with such speed itself shows very serious concerns to the backward class society.

Just in short ,
Privatization in education system : No limit in academic fees taken from a student, as a result educational institutes derive more money from the students. Those who are poor (mainly from the backward classes) get deprived from the educational rights .Many such examples.

Privatization in Government sector's: As per the Poona pact Backward class society would get a reservation in government jobs but because private companies are not bound to obey The Poona pact hence the reservation system does not apply here, which again could suppress the growth of backward class.

Hence many questions arose , Why ? Why ? Why ?
